If I need assistance outside of office hours, who should I call?
Our Reservations and Sales Centre is operated 24 hours and can be reached on 0870 607 5000. Please have a Europcar reference number, such as the reservation number, ready when calling.
What should I do if I break down or have an accident?
In all cases, the emergency assistance number is listed on the back of the tax disk, the rental documents and often the key ring as well. Please call this number with the registration of your vehicle to arrange emergency assistance, 24 hours per day.
